Terms of Service & Conditions

At Ashana Works, we take pride in providing high-quality online tarot reading and energy healing services to our clients. In order to ensure the best possible experience for our clients, we have established the following:

Payment Policy: We require payment in advance before conducting any service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit card, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

Scheduling Policy: We require clients to schedule their appointments in advance. The scheduling process includes selecting a date and time for the reading, as well as providing personal information such as name and contact information.

Rescheduling Policy: You are free to reschedule your appointment at your convenience up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, a $19 rescheduling fee will be applied. No further appointments will be booked until the fee is paid in full.

Same-Day Appointment Policy: When booking a same-day appointment with Ashana Works, please be advised that these appointments are final and cannot be rescheduled or canceled. We strive to offer the best service to all our clients, and this policy ensures a smooth and efficient experience for everyone.

Late Policy. At Ashana Works, if you are running late for your tarot reading appointment, your reader will wait for up to 10 minutes to accommodate you. However, if you do not arrive within this time frame, your appointment will be considered a no-show. Please see No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please, provide notice of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If notice is not provided within the specified timeframe, we may charge a cancellation fee or the full amount of the reading.

No-Show Policy: The No-Show policy requires a no-show fee or a 50-100% of the total cost of the reading in order to reschedule for the clients that do not cancel or reschedule their appointments in a timely manner (see Cancellation Policy above).

Confidentiality: We take confidentiality seriously and ensure that all personal information provided by clients during the reading is kept confidential and not shared with any third parties.

Professional Conduct: We conduct ourselves in a professional manner and treat our clients with the utmost respect. We refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Disclaimer: We have a disclaimer stating that our readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to replace professional advice or treatment for any medical, legal, or financial issues.

Refunds: If you choose to book an appointment with Ashana Works, you are reserving a specific time for a tarot reading or other service. This means that the time slot is dedicated to you and cannot be given to another customer. Due to the nature of this reservation system, Ashana Works does not offer refunds for any reason. Once you have booked your appointment and payment has been processed, the time slot is considered to be filled and cannot be resold to another customer. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, Ashana Works may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. It is recommended to contact the service provider as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, to increase the likelihood of finding a suitable alternative time slot.

Use of Services

a. Ashana Works provides online tarot reading services for entertainment purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. It is important to consult qualified professionals in these areas for appropriate guidance.

b. By engaging in our tarot reading services, you acknowledge and understand that the interpretations and insights provided by the tarot reader are subjective and should not be considered as absolute truth or future predictions.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
